Seminar Registration: Pre-registration required. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Limited seating available. Minimum registration is 8 students.
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Please use our shopping cart for your payment and pre- registration.
Course Prices: Include all materials, workbooks and supplies unless noted otherwise- Students will be advised of any additional materials that may be needed or are welcome to bring to class. Lunches are not included however light snacks and beverages will be served.
Media Policy: Video taping, voice recording, photographs of any type from any device are not permitted. Cell phone use is not permitted during presentations.
Guest Policy: Non registered guests and / or children are not permitted. Please make childcare arrangements prior to class to avoid interruptions.
Confirmation: Attendees will receive a registration confirmation, event schedule and other pertinent details via email at time of registration.
Student Cancellation: Refunds will be granted for cancellations greater than 21 days in advance of the program start date. Cancellations less than 21 days may transfer their payment to another program date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Reservation cancellations transferred more than 2 times will assess a service charge of $45.00.
Cancellation & Transfer: We reserve the right to modify: program schedules, locations and tuition, program content and cancel programs under conditions that are warranted. In the event that a program is cancelled, we will extend every effort to notify the attendee within 10 days of the scheduled program date. We will offer the option of transferring a reservation to the next available date and suitable location, or receive a full tuition refund if we need to cancel. In the event we need to cancel, individuals who opt to transfer their reservation may be entitled to a 10% discount pending original date of registration.
Certificates: A Certificate of Completion is awarded to each attendee who successfully completes a program, all requirements, tests and course work. 100% attendance is required. If a registered attendee fails to appear for a scheduled program, or does not complete the entire program, a completion certificate will not be awarded and no refunds or adjustments will be made.

Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners Members: Will receive 6 credits towards certification with AHSCP for completing the ADVANCED HOLISTIC & INTEGRATIVE ESTHETIC SCIENCES.
SAVANT CONSULTING - Is a service division of Intellective Aesthetics (IA) and represents a binding service contract between IA and the individual who books and pays for our services. Once payment has been made for package credits, a contract for both payment and service has been made and is non refundable. A written agreement for service will be provided to the purchaser when the INITIAL AGREEMENT PACKAGE is agreed upon acceptance. Package credits are sold as is and represent the exact time allotment for service. No discounts or specials are applied. If additional training, service, email or telephone time is required the ADDITIONAL TIME PACKAGE may be purchased as desired.
